No Man Stands Alone

Seek to understand, not to be understood, argues Dr. Kinyanjui Nganga, the motivational speaker regarded by majority of East Africans as the most seasoned conference speaker and corporate trainer. To effectively work with others, you ought to treat them the way you would want them to treat you. Do not tear people down emotionally piece meal. People with big egos hardly succeed.

In addition, you must connect with others and be an effective communicator. Attentive listening and empathising with others are key prerequisites to building team spirit. There is something good in every person – dig for the gold, not the dirt in everyone you relate with both at home and in the market place.

It is the secret that the social elite have optimally utilized to establish empires but regrettably, the simple truth that the commoners have missed thus condemning themselves into the dungeons of poverty and hopelessness.
