The influence of Dr. Kinyanjui is experienced both in the public and private sectors, learning institutions, non-governmental organizations as well as in churches and church based organizations.
Dr. Kinyanjui has been engaged as a conference speaker in many nations among them, The United States, Belgium, France, The Netherlands, United Arab Emirates, Tanzania, Uganda and Rwanda.
Dr. Kinyanjui is the founder of SENSE 101 LIFE CLUB, the fastest growing mentorship and life coaching club in Africa. Sense 101 Life Club is a life skills mentorship club piloted by Dr. Kinyanjui Nganga for training, coaching and mentoring members on life skills through inspirational club monthly fora, club units referred to as Sense 101 Crews, publications, audio/video tapes and annual conferences.
In addition, Dr. Kinyanjui is the founder director of SHAPE AFRIKA, an organizational re-engineering private firm focusing on corporate training in areas like change management; performance management; culture change; blue ocean strategy; emotional intelligence; work-life balance; team work; servant-hood leadership; organizational values; and work attitudes among many more.
Dr. Kinyanjui holds a PhD in Project Planning and Management from the University of Nairobi and a Masters Degree in the same field from the same university. He did his undergraduate studies at Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology.
Dr. Kinyanjui has widely published academic as well as inspirational articles and has authored the following books: You Don’t Need A Job; The Formation of a County Government in Kenya; Paradigm Shift in Parenting; The Power of the Spoken Word; and Ultimate Success.
Dr. Kinyanjui is happily married to Mercy and they have been blessed with one daughter, Ivy and one son, Zig. They reside in Nairobi, Kenya.
