Dig for the Gold

There’s a silver lining in every cloud. Your marriage might be cloudy at the moment but focus on the silver lining. No matter how dark the cloud may seem, soon the clouds will be swept away to reveal the sun. With the disappearance of clouds, the shadows will be removed and life will brighten up again.

There’s something good in every person. Of course there’s something bad in every person. We are mere mortals. Focus on the good. What you focus on expands. Focus on the good in your partner. Next week Friday the 8th June from 6pm to 9pm @ Lillian Towers, I’m hosting a marriage enrichment evening that will help you put your marriage in the right perspective.

There’s something good in every situation. There’s precious gold in the earth. Rather than sinking into depression because you’re hospitalized, see it as a stop sign to calm you down through quiet time and help you connect with the Divine. If your relationship is on a bumpy road, see the difficult phase as an opportunity to revisit your expectations and strengthen your bond.

If you failed a college exam, perhaps it is an opportunity for you to focus your attention on your passions and purpose. An opportunity to reflect on what you were designed to be. If you lost a match, maybe it’s an opportunity to enhance your confidence. If you lost your job, maybe it’s a God-sent whale to deploy you to your rightful mission ground.

If you broke a relationship, maybe God was rescuing you from something worse ahead. Maybe your purpose in life in this season require more independence. Maybe the breakdown is meant to connect you with your prince as it happened with Meghan Markle. You could be a princess who was settling for an underdog.

Your boss may be the most annoying piece of creation ever invented. While a positive attitude may not solve all your problems, it will annoy enough negative people to make it worth the effort. Focus on the positive aspects of your boss and you’ll enliven your work environment. You might want to go to my YouTube Channel and listen to my video entitled, No Man Stands Alone.

This week on Friday the 1st June from 6pm to 8pm @ Lillian Towers, I’ll speak on the subject, Master Your Mind. I’ve given a 50% Madaraka Day discount to the nation. Pay 500 bob through Mpesa Till Number 983482 (Buy Goods & Services).

Meantime, listen to my video on Mind Shift…
